Light Tuna Sandwich
1 can tuna (in water and salt)
6 slices of normal sized brown bread
3 teaspoons of eggless flow fat mayonnaise
½ of an purple onion
1 green chilly(u can add more if you want more spicy)
4 strands of green garlic leaves (or spring onions)
1 cup mustard greens
½ a lemon
6 black olives


Drain the tuna , add 3 teaspoons full of mayonnaise and mash together with the back of spoon until smooth.
Cut onions, green chilly and garlic leaves into small bits and add to the tuna and mix. Tear mustard leaves into small pieces and mix with the tuna mix.
Squeeze half of a small lemon in the above mixture.Apply tuna mixture on toasted slices of bread and garnish with roundels of olives
